In terms of the material design of the wetted body, the pneumatic double diaphragm pumps are made of materials with good chemical resistance, such as stainless steel 316, polypropylene, and Teflon. It has good resistance, durability, and long service life to the high corrosiveness of metal surface treatment liquid. And the minimum operating pressure of the pneumatic double diaphragm pump only needs to be driven by the air pressure of 1.0 Bar. The low-pressure transfer of the liquid can avoid the safety concerns of the operator due to many splashes during leakage.
